Restrictive diets work wonders for medical conditions. It is amazing how fish oils rich in omega-3 can help pain associated with inflammation, how garlic can support our internal balance, and how gluten-free diets save a celiac.

One-for-all restrictive diets do not, however, work for loosing weight or improving our health. It is our lifestyle and our relationship with food that will ultimately bring us to our desired goals. It is this relationship that I will build, support and effectively maintain over time, with you. Often times it is a personal attitude adjustment that is required, more so than restrictions so popular with fad diets. These personal adjustments will make us stronger and healthier people, and also guide our children towards a healthier life!

Mission
I have dedicated myself to guiding clients with their dietary needs. Some have a medical condition needing dietary adjustments, others want to learn how to eat for maximum athletic performance, some need to gain or loose weight, and others feel a need to improve their own or their families' health. Dietary changes do not come easily; the more guidance, information and support provided the more likely the success. I like to provide my clients not only with dietary expertise, but also with meal planning, recipes, cooking techniques, cultural variations, shopping guides, personal cooking demonstrations, and time-saving advice.
